ABOUT TIMBERCREEK BREWING...
|All of TimberCreek's beers are hand crafted on site, from original recipes. We work with a 10bbl (310gallon) system, using 4 Fermentors, and 4 Brite Tanks.
Most of our beers take one entire day to brew, 1 to 2 weeks to ferment, and at least 30 days to condition for before they are ready to drink.
All spent grains get donated to local farmers.

MEET THE BREW MASTERJacob Vorisek
Jake got his start as a home brewer. He's a founding member of the Meadville Brewing Society, and has been educated through Siebel Institute of Technology. He has been brewing professionally with TimberCreek since the opening in 2012. He brings a strong passion to his craft as well as a fine hand for consistency.
Jake is the Head of all Brewing operations at TimberCreek and is proud to have personally made each and every beer we serve!
